Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This policy explains what Pelle Trading (“we,” “us”) collects when you register for our live trading workshop or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to jaypelle.org and any page we run on it.
Information we collect
We only collect what you hand us and what your browser reports automatically.
- You give us: your first name, email address and mobile phone number when you fill in the workshop registration form. If you buy VIP Access, our payment processor also collects your billing details.
- Collected automatically: the page you registered from, the marketing link that brought you (UTM tags), the workshop date shown to you, and standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type.
- Activity: whether you opened or clicked our emails, whether you attended the workshop, and your replies to us.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect sensitive categories of data such as financial account numbers, Social Security numbers or health information.
Card payments
VIP Access is sold through our payment processor, Commas. Your card number is entered on their secure checkout and goes directly to them. We never see or store your full card details. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the name, email and phone you used.
How we use your information
- To register you for the workshop and send your join link.
- To send confirmations and reminders before the workshop starts.
- To deliver anything you purchase, such as the VIP playbook.
- To send you educational content and offers about our products, which you can stop at any time.
- To answer your replies and provide support.
- To measure which marketing channels work, and to keep the site secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our service, such as our messaging provider, is permitted solely so we can deliver the messages you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
When you tick or submit the registration form with your mobile number, you are giving express written consent for Pelle Trading to text you about the workshop you registered for — your access link, reminders before it starts, and related updates and offers.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies; expect roughly 2–6 messages per registration, plus occasional updates.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one final confirmation and no further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing stops the marketing emails; we may still send you transactional messages about something you bought.
Who we share information with
We share only what is needed, only with companies that run parts of our service for us, and only so they can do that job:
- GoHighLevel — our CRM, which stores your registration and sends our email and text messages.
- Mailgun — delivers our email.
- Twilio — delivers our text messages.
- Commas — processes payments.
- The video platform that hosts the live workshop.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details for as long as you are on our list and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except for records we are legally required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live — for example California, Colorado, Virginia or the EU/UK — you may have a formal right to do these things, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. Email us and we will act on your request; we may need to confirm your identity first.
Cookies and tracking
Our pages use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, remember which marketing link brought you, and measure how our pages perform. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Educational content only
Everything we publish is educational. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, or a financial adviser, and nothing we send is personalized investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email to our list.
